Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Send one invoice for the deposit and one for the balance – you see in total what has been paid.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Your logo and colour go on quotes and invoices, and you choose from 4 invoice templates.
What does it cost?
Every new account gets all Pro features free for 30 days, with no card. Then Starter is €9 and Pro €19 a month excl. VAT – or stay on Free with 5 invoices a month.
Are the invoices legally correct?
Yes. Invoice numbers are continuous with no gaps, VAT is calculated for you, every required field is included, and approved invoices are locked – mistakes are fixed with a credit note.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Everything works in the browser on your phone – make invoices, take photos and send them while you are at the customer. No app to install.
